These Terms of Service govern your use of OTT Pod Theatre's website and booking service at theatreott.com. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at theatreott.com and making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Booking Policy

• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment via Razorpay. • A confirmation is sent to your registered email immediately after payment. • Bookings are for the specific date, time slot, and pod type selected — these cannot be transferred. • You must arrive at least 5 minutes before your booked start time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time. • Each pod is strictly limited to the guest capacity selected during booking. Additional guests beyond the booked capacity will not be permitted.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before the start time are eligible for a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start time are non-refundable. • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. • In case of a technical failure on our part that prevents the experience, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree to: • Not damage or misuse any equipment in the pod (projector, sound system, seating, lighting). • Not bring or consume illegal substances on the premises. • Not engage in any activity that disturbs other guests or staff. • Not record or broadcast the private pod experience without prior written consent. • Leave the pod in the same condition it was provided. Guests found in violation may be asked to leave without refund, and may be liable for damages.

5. Liability

OTT Pod Theatre is not responsible for: • Personal belongings left in or around the premises. • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. • Technical disruptions outside our control (power outages, internet failure). Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on theatreott.com — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of OTT Pod Theatre and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
